The problem
Reading many CVs by hand is slow and inconsistent, and good candidates get missed. Many companies have no hiring system, so CVs pile up in an email inbox. Many hiring tools handle Arabic and mixed Arabic-English CVs poorly. And general AI chat tools can't reliably rank hundreds of CVs at once with consistent evidence.

Describe the role
Write what you need in plain words, in Arabic or English. The tool splits it into requirements and marks each one must-have or nice-to-have. You can edit them.

Upload the CVs
PDF, Word, photos or scans. In Arabic, English or both.

Get the ranking
Every CV is ranked, with a match % for each requirement and the exact CV line behind it. Open any candidate to see the evidence highlighted in the original CV. Compare candidates, and export a shortlist to Excel or PDF.

A person makes every hiring decision. The tool ranks and explains. It never rejects anyone automatically.
Scores use skills and experience only
Name, photo, gender, age, nationality and contact details are hidden from the AI before scoring, so the score depends only on skills and experience. The recruiter still sees everything.
No outside AI services
CVs are never sent to outside AI services. The AI runs on our own server.
